Refund & Returns Policy

All products sold by BioTide UK are research grade compounds sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once a vial has been opened or reconstituted.

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@biotideuk.com with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

For unopened and unused products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery at the customer's discretion. Please contact us before returning any item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of the return being received and verified.

BioTide UK reserves the right to refuse returns where products show signs of tampering or misuse.
