1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from biotideuk.com you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to these terms you must not use this website or place an order.

2. RESEARCH USE ONLY — IMPORTANT NOTICE

All products sold by BioTide UK are strictly research grade compounds intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, personal use, veterinary use or therapeutic application of any kind.

By placing an order with BioTide UK you expressly confirm that:

  • You are a qualified researcher, scientist or professional purchasing for legitimate research purposes only
  • You are over 18 years of age
  • You understand the nature of the products and have the necessary knowledge and facilities to handle research grade compounds safely
  • You will use the products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You accept full responsibility for the use of any products purchased

BioTide UK accepts no liability for any misuse of its products. Any purchase made with the intention of human or animal consumption is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All products are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed sterile glass vials unless otherwise stated. Product descriptions, purity claims and Certificates of Analysis are provided for research reference purposes only.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure accuracy, BioTide UK does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website are error-free, complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without notice.

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders are accepted subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion without providing a reason.

Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. We currently accept payment via bank transfer (Pay by Bank). All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We dispatch orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. Orders placed before 3pm on working days are dispatched the same day. Delivery timescales are estimates only and BioTide UK accepts no liability for delays caused by Royal Mail or other third party couriers.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our research grade products, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS

BioTide UK provides Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all products upon request. COAs are issued by independent third party laboratories and are provided for research verification purposes only. Supplier details may be redacted in line with non-disclosure agreements. Independent verification results from PeptideVerify are published on our COA page at https://biotideuk.com/pages/test-reports as they become available.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioTide UK and BioSupply Group Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage or financial loss resulting from misuse of research grade compounds.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on biotideuk.com including text, images, logos and product descriptions is the property of BioSupply Group Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

10. PRIVACY

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at biotideuk.com. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

BioTide UK reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
